ONE OF YOUR SERVICE CENTERS IN THE PHILIPPINES USED MY DATA TO REPAIR ANOTHER PHONE AND USED MY WARRANTY. I DIDN'T EVEN WENT THERE NOR MADE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY, BUT I GOT A NOTIFICATION FROM YOU, FOR THE "REPAIR". I AM SURE THAT THE MESSAGE CAME FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTER BECAUSE I'VE RECEIVED AN E-MAIL TO MY REGISTERED E-MAIL AND PHONE NUMBER.

I have already filed a complaint thru your customer service on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at around 6pm. Since then, I've been waiting for your feedback on this matter, but until now I still got no acceptable response from your company. Remember that this unauthorized use of my data is from your AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER, still, I am trying to be patient for the feedback before I seek legal advice.
