Could be that your device doesn't support the firmware that your headphone shipped out with. 

You could try using a USB-C to 3.5mm dongle instead and see if that will work, or take the plunge and check out one of our wearables! I recommend the Galaxy Buds2 Pro :) http://spr.ly/Buds2Pro-SM01

A device with a USB-C port may support analog headsets through an audio adapter with a 3.5 mm jack, providing four standard analog audio connections (Left, Right, Microphone, and Ground). In this case, the one you bought doesn't have all or missing audio connections resulting to incompatibility issues.

Lesson learned is to make sure bringing your Samsung Galaxy device to Samsung Experience Store and or Samsung Authorized Dealer Store in order to try it's compatibility and look out for the genuine Samsung brand only.

Ahh ok po, hirap po talaga nyan pag walang dedicated headphone jack...


May app po kasi yan (kumbaga sa windows is driver) which is yung app na Samsung Type-C para po sa mga Samsung phones na walang headphone jack
