Sadly, the code for the free 1-year subscription on VIU can only be used once. You can check on your VIU account if you're still logged in on the app. It might be that your account was logged out on the app, so you can't really enjoy VIU Premium.

You can still redeem your 1-year free Viu Premium if you haven't claimed it yet. Just browse through the Samsung Benefits tab and select the Viu Promo to get a promo code, which you'll use to redeem the 1-year free Viu Premium on the app. You can learn more here:
