Good Lock isn't available in the Philippines due to region lock, but you can use a VPN to access it or use Fine Lock instead.

It's a region lock, but as stated by others a VPN is a work around.

However I suggest you use FineLock. It's exactly the same, but not region lock. It's what I'm using on my Note 20 Ultra 5G and Fold 4. Hope that helps. 😄
