Bug with UI 8.0

I have just updated my Galaxy S9 FE tablet.

The left arrow navigation key at the bottom is not working correctly in my apps. 

If I use it to go back a page, just kicks me out of the app and back to my home screen

For example BBC news.

I have checked and there is no update far to 8.1 or whatever the next version would be.

Frustrating.
