Upgraded to latest Android version and now foxtel app does not work. Has anyone else seen this problem?

Hi @kinba1145 someone posted with the same issue a few weeks back.
Unfortunately it's something the app developers need to fix by updating the app to support Android 13.

Edit: maybe a silly question, but after updating, have you gone to the Play & Galaxy stores to check for app updates?

Have you tried clearing the caches on the app and then reinstalling? Caches don't neccessarily disappear when you reinstall. Note you will lose history if yoy do this. I have a vague memiry from some time ago to clear the ca hes on Google Play Services at the same time. Please Google on what happens when you do this before attempting.

In desperation I reset the tablet and now the app works but I will the cache option onmy other devices. Thanks for your help

For some strange reason both my samsung phone and tablet can run foxtel. Did not change a thing!
