Getting back device in same condition

So I took my tablet into george st to b fixed and got it back a couple of days later with the exact same problems, nothing had been done to it,I hate travelling at the best of times,George Street samsung in Sydney you need to have a look at your people

So it is a hardware issue so we can't help? Note Australian government warranty is for a couple of years longer than Samsung. If relevant on main Community page, top right, use search option for, warranty, Australian government, consumer affairs.

Also if it looks like a warranty job and Samsung accept that they may send you a label for free postage. Look at bottom right of Community page, click on Support and explore options on the linked page.

NOTE. ANYTHING submitted to Samsung will have its memory totally wiped. If a phone/tablet and useable, go to Settings, scroll to Backups and do BOTH Samsung and Google backups.

Also take photos of the device front back and sides so you have proof of the condition it was in before you submitted it. And don't accept you have to pay for the repair they tried to tell me i had to pay $800 for repairs when phone was still covered.
