TabletsAlso if it looks like a warranty job and Samsung accept that they may send you a label for free postage. Look at bottom right of Community page, click on Support and explore options on the linked page.
NOTE. ANYTHING submitted to Samsung will have its memory totally wiped. If a phone/tablet and useable, go to Settings, scroll to Backups and do BOTH Samsung and Google backups.
