Hearing aids support

Hello,

I recently ordered Samsung galaxy tab a11+ for my kid

Before ordering I clearly asked directly thru official samsung website chat if that device supports hearing aids. The answer was « yes »

However I am unable to connect hearing aid to the tablet. And now Samsung support tells it cannot work with hearing aids.

Looking in google, it seems feasible but the required menu don’t show up.

Samsung is a very disappointing company in that regards: inconsistent reply.

Unfortunately sales will always be that. I find it unacceptable but it's the way the world works.

My phone has this but I cannot test it.
Ideally someone with a similar hearing aide should be able to assist you best.

If possible I would suggest posting the phone os version as well as the model of the Bluetooth device jic someone else has it. Even searching on the device forum might be quicker.
