I posted a question some time ago and no one is responding to me. I want to backup my data, full data of my Galaxy Tab A to a computer in case it gets further damage. Just teach me how to. Please.
If random photos get attention, why don't a question like this get? For the sake of satisfication, anyone, if you could please send help how to.
All I wanted to do is to ask a question so that I can minimise data loss and all I got back is my post being pushed down the tab by photographs and not receiving attention. Sorry to sound like that, but I need help as the tablet got its screen detached and maybe will get issues someday. 😕
You have chosen to seek help from fellow members who can choose whether or not to reply depending on their interests. Then whinged when no-one replied.
If you want to go that route go to Community page, bottom right and click on Support, then choose one of the official sources of support, THEN complain to Samsung if Samsung doesn't provide it.
Then start teaching yourself the basics by reading your user manual.
In this case, in your Community page, top right use the search option, where other members previous responses to problems are, to search for backups.
Then consider options like the members section, Google (using "Samsung as one key word), and YouTube.
Note in your Settings scroll down to Backups and use in conjunction with your user manual.
Trust issues: I already lost trust on official Samsung support. They don't provide useful responses to complicated questions. I indeed complained to Samsung, and they don't understand, specifically that Samsung removed vanity features that I enjoy from their OS. They misunderstood it as data loss. I could ask the community and get my satisfication from real human responses.
I also searched the community, and every question is always more specific than "how do I backup?".
Of course I should try going to Backups in settings.

Of course the forum is still there as a resource to continue to seek help from the forum and fellow members if you do have further problems.
