Microsoft 365 Redemption with Purchase of Galaxy Tab S9U

Here we go again, Samsung Members. It's redemption hell time.
There's an ongoing offer when you order the new Galaxy Tab S9 series. You'll get a Microsoft 365 subscription but there is absolutely no way for me to redeem in
in the Samsung Members app. There's only the NFT one under the Benefits tab.

I did chat with support, I did email them along with the other guys I needed to email (the redemption email provided by the live chat support), and I searched EVERYWHERE.

Anyway other users or support here can help?

Right? I've had the same problems as before and I still have no idea how to resolve these kind of things from Samsung.

Yeah. Looked everywhere on the website. Maybe it will be available after August 11. We just received our tablets early.
