my benefits as a samsung member still has nothing. what should I do? And I can't even redeem my viu premium code.

Hi! the model of my device is galaxy s7 fe, I checked on the updated list on the samsung ph web and it is legible for the viu premium. But I can't find my code, and my benefits still has no content. I have already tried clearing my cache, uninstalling the app, restarting my device, and soft reset but nothing happend.

For those who can't find their viu premium code on their benefits tab, heres a quick instruction that helped me and might help you also:

1. save the qr code attached in my comment
2. install a 3rd party qr code scanner. You can also try to scan it using the samsung camera but it does not work for me. I also attached the app that I used.
3. Scan the qr code using the app. it will show you a link. Click the link and it will direct you to the samsung members app with the viu redemption code. Hope it helps!!

I had the same problem. I followed a suggestion by another member that I should "Ask a question" here on the app. A customer service rep replied to me saying that they will email me a QR code to redeem this promo. After 24hours, I received their email and now, I have Premium Viu. 😀

I actually talk to one costumer service rep also, and also said that they will just email me to redeem the promo but that was almost a week ago, and I keep checking my email, but still nothing T.T

Try to check or ask again. Another member I talked to just a few hours ago said that they "Asked a question" and were able to receive the email in less than an hour.
