I believe its really time that Samsung finally launched its next generation of laptops to the Aussie market. I hear the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 series are coming out including the Book 3 Ultra! And hopefully a full tablet version with stylus as well (like the current Book 2 pro 360)
Apple customers have long enjoyed a closed ecosystem, followed by Surface laptops with Microsoft.
It's really time that the wonderful innovation of Samsung laptops finally hit the Australian market! Who's with me on this? It would actually help boost your sales of your phones and tablet because it could all be so seamlessly integrated. Right now I can't have any of my Samsung apps on my normal windows laptop, and it totally sux. With a Samsung Laptop, the Samsung tablet seamlessly becomes a 2nd screen, not to mention, seamless integration with the Samsung phones.
I know this isn't the first time you have heard about this request, so please keep giving feedback we are STILL ALL WAITING and VERY interested - because full integration between all devices just makes life easier.
Also please advise where to get Samsung laptops and whether International Warranty will be honoured here in Australia? I know one of the threads mentioned buying it directly from Samsung US websites. But what about the warranty part? will we be stuck here with no options once it leaves the borders of the US?
Perhaps you could make it easier for us fans if you could atleast offer it over the Australian Samsung website, if not the other retail stores locally? Please could you advise.
Hi all, thanks for expressing your enthusiasm for the Galaxy Book range! At the current stage we don't have confirmation on whether or not these will be released in Australia. I suggest keeping up to date with the Samsung Newsroom for the latest announcements.
As for warranty, we would be unable to service international models as the product currently is unavailable in Australia. Warranty would be limited to the retailer you purchase from. For this, I suggest looking into the T&Cs of the retailer you intend to purchase from.
Cmon Samsung, get your act together for all your loyal fans in Australia! You have a huge market here just waiting to take off! Having the laptop will only increase n promote your other devices due to seamless connectivity. You'll finally be in the league of Apple with all their related available products. Come to Aus in 2023!!! Please 🙏🏼
