TabletsHi community, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ 5g bought from Telstra in 2021. It is capable of making and receiving calls using VOLTE and WIFI calling ONLY when using a Telstra (or Telstra MVNO) sim card. As soon as I put a Vodafone card in, I can no longer make or receive calls. As soon as I put an Optus sim card in, I can make and receive calls, but ONLY on the 3G network (no VOLTE or WIFI calling). ALL sim cards (Telstra, Vodafone & Optus) work using VOLTE & WIFI calling in my old Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 (2017). and in my iPhone 13.
This tells me that Telstra have installed something on my Galaxy Tab S7+ 5G that restricts VOLTE & WIFI calling to their network. This tablet works perfectly for data on all 3 networks, so I know that the device is not locked.
Telstra are not helping and the official Samsung support keeps asking for error reports, which I have sent.
Can anybody help?

TabletsCan anybody provide me with the firmware details of this tablet that was bought directly from Samsung? I'm trying to provie a point to Telstra that they have installed firmware that is preventing other networks from using VOLTE & Wifi calling.
Thank you.
