Samsung members problem

Whenever I click on the Announcements button in Samsung Members, the app crashes. Notifications are working fine. Pls help guys.

My phone goes straight to voicemail, rather than ringing. Any help please?

Okay? Turn off voicemail and see what happens

See if clearing the app cache works?
Otherwise try to uninstall and reinstall members app?

It doesn't work. It still crashes.

I normally use a vpn but turn it off when using members because of minor connection problems, in case you are using a vpn. Also you can log on to Samsung members via a browser.
