Second screen not working S10 Ultra

I installed Second Screen on my PC (Win 11), I opened second screen on my tablet, initially, the PC did not find any device. 

They are on the same network.

I restarted my PC, when I opened it this time, the device showed up after some time, when I clicked on it, nothing happened for a short period of time (maybe 20-30 seconds) until a small message at the bottom of the app said 'Couldn't connect to tablet'.

Sometimes though, instead of that error, I get what appears to be a windows level error? like a windows popup that says ''

At some point there was a notification that said I need to install samsung community service from the microsoft store, which I did, and it did not change anything.

When I looked in the help, there were 3 bits of help, turning off a firewall block setting, which was already off, allowing public and private for wireless display, which were already both on, and turning off vpn apps, which I dont have.

Is your windows PC a personal computer or is it company provided?

Same issue with my tab s9+ things that might work, disable firewall or make exception on you firewall for the tab, install samsung account from microsoft store then pair the tablet to you pc then change the display settings to via wifi
