Tab S8 Ultra Keyboard Preorder Delays

Hi guys! Has anyone managed to redeem their book cover keyboard? I have preordered the tablet and registered my redemption since launch (03/04/2022), but still no update from Samsung. I have called up Samsung thru the galaxy hotline and emailed redemption but no replies for 2 weeks now.

Hopefully someone can help here because the customer service team has successfully neglected my case. many thanks!

Since their e-mail address for redemption is faulty, I tried their chat to follow up on mine and I think it works because I receive the book cover 2 days after. Now I just got off from another chat to follow-up On the e-vouchers.

Yes try it one more time. Give your redemption ID and ask them to follow-up for you. That's What I did. Let them know also that the redemption e-mail is not working so they won't ask you to send an e-mail instead. They tried that on me. Good luck.

I just got an update, you may e-mail them at redemptionph@partner.samsung.com. They just replied to my inquiry on that e-mail address.
