Hi guys! Has anyone managed to redeem their book cover keyboard? I have preordered the tablet and registered my redemption since launch (03/04/2022), but still no update from Samsung. I have called up Samsung thru the galaxy hotline and emailed redemption but no replies for 2 weeks now.
Hopefully someone can help here because the customer service team has successfully neglected my case. many thanks!
If you got Pre-order delays apparently I already had 2 delivery item for S8 Ultra Keyboard Book Cover and declined the other 'coz one is enough for me. 😅
