Unknown circles. I don't like them regardless

Any help is appreciated. 

Anyone know what these circles could be caused from? They are on my galaxy s9 fe+ tablet and is viseable when screen is off. 

I had fogged up the screen so i could get a good photo for posting purposes.

Oh i sure am loving my tab. I use it on a daily basis. Especially with the application 'Penup'

Hi @Squishy83,

This is most likely caused by the installation method of the screen protector on your device.
To resolve the issue, we can recommend that you remove the screen protector.

If you still see it after the removal of your screen protector, it can be that the oleophobic coating on your screen has been removed. This can be caused by some sort of friction that was applied to the screen. If this is the case, we would recommend that you visit one of our Authorised Service Centres.

This is the 2nd screen protector on my tablet that i had done myself. The 1st screen protector that id also put on myself, left to much of an oily substance from fingerprints on it wich was difficult to clean however, I was not faced with this circle when 1st screen protect was put on.
The circle has only been apparent since having put on the 2nd screen protector.
