Video player stuttering

Anybody else all of a sudden have the Samsung video player start to stutter during playback? It doesn't matter what you look at from ABC I view, recorder videos to real estate ads, video player just behaves like it's buffering but the file has completely downloaded but it still won't play. Any help or suggestions.

Have you tried clearing the cache for those apps? Or maybe even deleting (iview) and reinstalling it?

I haven't had issues with my A8 tablet or my phones.

Yes have tried that it seems to be the Samsung's stock video player that is having the issue on my wife's tablet. We both have Samsung phones and they don't have a problem.

Thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
