How to change drawer application, or icon names, or even hide them without a third-party launcher in Samsung Galaxy UI 5.1?
Editing, should be possible from the icon sub-menu or in the Settings section.
However, the editing option is not available.

The best location to find the option, should be in Home Screen Setting, when available.
