Adaptive brightness On Vs Off

Turning off adaptive brightness on an Android phone and noticing strange colors is often caused by the phone's display trying to compensate for changes in ambient light. It might be attempting to adjust for a specific lighting condition, even though adaptive brightness is disabled, causing color or contrast issues.

I have tested this section for quiet sometime. For me understand the phone behavior so I would keep adaptive brightness on and set phone to dark mode plus standard mode to a 60 Hz refresh rate, to extend the battery 🔋 last for day or two
Note, vary result depends on how you use phone

Having widget and can drained your battery fast. Remove it or put unused into sleep if and allowed application to run on your phone

One UI 7 verdict?
I may not like battery 🔋 icon but battery life is much improving compared to previous one, which I went out to for walk listen to music then came back plus reading news staff. It does not use much battery plus photograph ect.
