Hi, I have just completed ui7 upgrade on my s23 and was looking to clear the system cache. 
Process was to power down, then restart simultaneously holding power & vol up buttons.
This did not bring up recovery mode as expected. Any suggestions?

It only worked on my Xs24 when I connected it to my pc. It seems to be a quirk introduced in this UI update. Connecting to a charger does not work.
