Here -
1. Make a folder, unless you already got one
2. Drag an app onto another to group them; add more apps to that folder
3. Rename if you like (I prefer app icons )
4. Choose colors that match your wallpaper
5. Long-press a folder, hit “Enlarge”, and
you're done!
Enlarged folders are awesome; you can now launch apps without opening them.
