Hey guys, my emails won't send and they just get stuck in a queue in my outbox. Any ideas to help ??

Close the email app, Check you internet connection and restart your phone.

Using the built in email app. I've got a 1 word email that won't send. I've restarted my phone, deleted the email and re added it. Cleared all folders to empty. Nothing is working

Are you using Gmail or Samsung Email? Also, how large is the email?

Maybe try sending a test empty email first to yourself, and see if the issue persists.

Hi tspot, 

What email address are you using? Is it a work email or a personal one?

You may need to reconfigure the settings as it may be stuck due to an authorisation issue. 

Have you also tried troubleshooting on different devices and networks to see if the issue lays within the account itself or the device/app?
