Samsung Members provides you with the ability to register your Samsung devices to get easier and efficient product support. In the members app, you can request a callback, track your request, book a repair and get your questions answered, all without leaving the app.
If you haven’t already, download the Samsung Members app onto your Galaxy device and sign into your Samsung account.
Open Samsung Members, then tap the Get help tab. Tap Register, and then select a registration method.
The following options will be available: Register using a QR code, Register using Wi-Fi, Register by scanning the barcode or manually entering the IMEI or serial number. When you're finished entering or scanning, tap Register.
And just like that you have registered your devices.
