I was hacked via Brisbane via nigeria through Facebook and insta,I want to get my accounts back as well as make sure I've locked the hackers out,does anyone have any fool proof lamens terms ideas?

Hi , how do you know is via Brisbane and via Nigeria if they locked you out of the account ? Anyway change passwords and relocate your account to a new email free from everything and not connected to anything else
