I'd like to know what's going on.. My ex n I have S21s. I downloaded the update on hers last night but nothing on mine. I see a lot with S22s haven't been updated.. Bloody *** service really.

Still waiting for the update for my S21. My ex Mrs has it now and we both have the same phones. I downloaded it last night for hers. My phone say I'm up to date with the last update. I'd really like to know why my phone hasn't received the update yet..

Samsung is blaming the internet provider who is blaming Samsung !!!

Still haven't got the update, I mean I just pre-ordered the s24 ultra but still would've been nice to get it. Samsung can't claim 7 years of updates if we get the one update every so often
