Samsung Wallet combines Samsung Pay and Samsung Pass for easy and convenient payment, online and offline. It stores your passwords, addresses, and card data in one place, making online browsing and shopping hassle-free. It also allows you to store payment cards, keys, and boarding passes.

It is the all-in-one app for your essentials: keys, credit cards, and boarding passes. With a simple swipe, access everything in one place, eliminating worries, hassles, and app-to-app navigation, including your passwords.

With Samsung Wallet, you will have 3 ways to pay.

  • You can simply swipe up from your home screen.
  • Open the app from its icon on your main screen.
  • Open Samsung Wallet by double tapping the side key.

I think, Samsung need to fix this NFC thing. In order to use Samsung Wallet i have to turn on NFC and Turn off when i am not using it. It be better NFC turns automatically ones i press Samsung Pay button or App and should turned off as soon as i live the app. As you know thats what the "bitten fruit" brand doing you don't have option to turn on or off via that brand and it's very convenient. Each time i try use Samsung Pay i realise NFC is not on :) and it's not really convenient in that moment.

Hi Ararat85, have you tried setting up a routine?
You can set NFC to turn on when you open the Samsung Wallet app and as part of the same routine, set it to turn off when the app is closed.
Settings>Modes and Routines> +
Then add your conditions and actions.
I haven't tried this particular routine but other routines I have set up seem to work well.

I just set it up on mine and tested it. It seems to work for me. You need to ensure the reverse action is toggled onScreenshot_20230723_095758_Modes and Routines.jpg

@Ararar85
Most people leave it on, as the power use is very minimal.

Can SamsungAU please add event ticket support 🙏

An email I recieved from Samsung recently, invites me to add the ticket to Samsung Wallet, but it then fails as it's not currently supported in Aus.

I have changed phones and Samsung wallet is refusing to validate my cards now. Is this something to do with the bank still linking my cards to my old phone?
