I'm having issues posting to Galaxy Gallery and sending DMs to members. The message I get is
A server error occurred. Try again later. OK
I uninstalled and then re-installed the Members app. It just doesn't work. Any ideas please?

Hi @Jmn,

The screen recording will need to be uploaded when raising an Error Report through the Samsung Members app. Below is a link to a guide on how to raise an Error Report.

Please note that you will need to take the screen recording and raise the report within 3 minutes of the issue happening.
