To have calendar 🗓️ with me, to see or shared work schedules on calendar with workmates is priorities. No time trying to write anything on schedule book just too much hassles
I know some of of us think 🤔 it is too complicated but I do believe, more we practiced, the chance we are getting better
Search your calendar
Select the schedule you want to adjust
Tab twice on schedule you may no longer need or something else
Tab one more time
See picture number 2
Select duplicate or edit or shared or delete
I setup colour of each individual schedule or adding time infront of work tittle, for example if I work at Cafe 1 I put 7.00 Cafe 1. Just to remind myself and I also can see on tittle
