Hi,

Anyone noticing this? Or just mine?

- Purchased the TV several days ago. Installed it, entered my Samsung login, and turned it on. No issues.  I noticed that the Ambient Mode was part of the Art Mode feature. It was all good. Played around different Cinemagraph images, clock wallpapers, etc.

- The next day, I noticed that the Art Mode interface slightly changed and immediately noticed I lost the Complimentary Art files and cannot see the Ambient Mode features anymore.  Thinking that “it must be a subscription thing”, I processed to have a monthly subscription for the artworks.  Eventually, the Complimentary images came back. However, the Ambient Mode’s still missing in one of the Art Mode categories (image1).

- Remembering the Cinemagraph, I did search it on the search function. I can see all of them (image2), however, when I select them, it goes on error (image3). Did a complete off/on by pressing the remote power button for more than 5secs. Still nothing.

- I did factory reset twice, Smart Hub reset twice, but still unable to get Ambient Mode back.  The software version is up to date, so I am very curious why a huge feature has gone missing.

- Lodged it through Customer Support. They controlled my TV,  and operator was also baffled why its not there. He grabbed screenshots and said Level 2 will call me ASAP.  But so far, no one has called me.

I appreciate any feedback. It can’t be just me.

Thanks.
