Audio/video Description turned on, cannot turn it off

Have a Samsung QLED 60, using Roku as a front end for YouTube.  Video Description, located under Settings, Accessibility and it is grayed out.

this is the Video Description not the screen reader 

how do I get past this?

You will probably get more answers by Googling your problem. Include "Samsung" in your search.

Go to the re-set tab, that should fix it.
You have a feature turned on somewhere else in the settings, if you know what you have changed, go back and altered it, or just press re-set.

Got the same problem and it's driving me up the bloody wall.

Always was a live option now it's greyed out and nothing i do seems to fix it.

Reset, turn off and on, still greyed out.

Often wonder if these smart TV's are too smart for their own good.
