I have loaded the britbox app and it allows me to view trailers. I have connected using the code to link my britbox account to my series 6 tv however when I try to play, it brings up the tv rating information then goes to a blank screen. Anyone else had this problem?
On the main Community page, bottom right is a link to various support options but, being Christmas ,............. Otherwise you will get much better response by Googling. Also asking the obvious, have you read the User manual.if you have lost iy, also something you can find googling.
