Can't Access ThreeNow app on new Samsung TV

I am located in New Zealand and I have just purchased a QA55Q70CASXNZ Television. When trying to access the TV3 ThreeNow app, nothing happens, has anybody else had this issue, and if so, do you have a fix. Thanks in advance

 I am having the same issue, it’s just stuck on this screen in the photo. I have logged in and out of Samsung acc, logged in and out of wifi, I have uninstalled and deleted and installed again and turned tv off and on. How do I fix this ?

My samsung tv is the same I’ve tried lots of options so frustrating - did you get yours to work ?

Having the same issue. Had 3 on demand then for last few weeks get a blank screen- have removed and reloaded app, checked network etc. What gives??

Yes me too.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled and now appears to work except I cannot get the icon up. At least it's working now. Appears it may be an update issue.
