Hi all
We have a Hisense Laser Tv model L9H and a sound bar Samsung HW-S801B and for an unknown reason we are not able no connect our sound bar using the cable, it shows the intermittent message "signal received/signal lost". We sent our TV for warranty but they said it's working fine, they tried another sound bar in our TV and looks fine, and we also tried our sound bar in another TV and it works fine.
Hisense said there is an issue with compatibility but we are not 100% convinced.
If someone has experienced this or know a reason for this issue I'll be very grateful if you can share it.

I am not sure what type of cable you are using or whether you used the same cable checking on the other devices. If HDMI look up Wikipedia for hdmi cables and consider whether the cable is an older one not capable of carrying the full signal.

I'm using the one that comes with the sound bar, which is a micro HDMI to HDMI. In fact, I bought another cable cause I thought the cable was faulty, but the outcome is the same.

Thanks. I can't suggest anything else at this time.
