Hi all, I have a Samsung "The Frame" (model code UE55LS003) that was purchased in the UK but is now in Australia.
Once the TV was in Australia, I couldn't pick up the Australian DTV channels using the usual auto-tuning method in the Broadcasting settings (it only found the Samsung TV streaming channels), so I exported a local channel listing to USB using another Samsung TV that looked to use the same OS.

After factory resetting my TV and using the "mute-vol up-channel up-mute" method to bring up the hidden menu, I changed the region to Australia and then attempted to import the local Australian channel listing into my TV via the USB, however I keep getting an error message ""invalid country information. Please reset country information and try again".
I can't see anywhere else where I can change the TV's region to Australia other than what I've already done.
Interesting to note the model code still has "E", presumably for Europe.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

As far as I know the tuner will not pick up the different frequencies used in Australia. All is not lost, get one of the streaming boxes that also carries the free to air channels.

You are welcome. Same thing happened to me 35 years ago, so nothing changes (apart from no streaming apps in those days).
