Samsung Freestyle Projector

Hi! I switched on my Samsung Freestyle Projector after a while and the Projector doesn’t seem working.

1) The remote works 

2) Seemingly the Projector reacts to the Remote and blinks a white light when the remote is pressed. 

3) When switched on the audio is clear. 

4) The Projector itself can be seen to try to focus but a blue sporadic light emits. 

There was some dust around the Projector screen and I dry wiped it clean. 

what else can I do to resolve this?

Hi Ravenbelleza, sorry to hear that you're having issues with this.

I've got a couple of questions for you so we can better understand the issue.

- Have you tried a factory reset?

- Have you tried restarting the power on process a couple times in a row to see if anything changes?

- During this process, do you have the projector plugged in? Try it without any HDMI or bluetooth cable plugged in and go to home and proceed to factory reset.

- Are the touch buttons on the top or bottom? If they are on the bottom, turn it so the touch buttons are at the top and try turning it on again.

- What is it that projects? Is there an image or is it just blank with the flashing blue light?

Please let me know if any of these options worked for you. If it doesn't, I'd recommend that you go into a service centre to see if the hardware is what's causing the issue.
