HDMI port

I just bought UA43AU7700 tv. Bought the standard HDMI cable but unfortunately it won't fit to the tv port. Is there any specific HDMI cable for the tv?

Hi @Anazk960, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately this model was not sold in Australia so I am unsure which exact cable is required. 

I suggest reaching out the to the relevant Samsung subsidiary, or checking your device's User Manual.

HDMI is a standard port, are you sure you purchased the correct cable?

There is also a mini-HDMI cable too (but in my experience i have not seen this get used on a TV)

Perhaps you could share a photo of the ports on your tv and of the cable connector itself (maybe you can illustrate in what way it doesn't fit)
