HMDI and Aerial Port stopped working

Hi All

Today I noticed my aerial port and hdmi ports stopped working. Interesting when I turn on the tv, all 3 hdmi sources appear connected with the device turned off (picture attached) This is odd as I don’t have anything plugged into the HDMI ports. Additionally, the live tv stopped working too. I tested the aerial and cable by plugging a second tv in and it has reception. I have tried a factory reset, turning the tv off for 30 minutes at the wall. I have tested the usb ports and Ethernet port and they still work. Does anyone have any ideas?
