TV & AudioI purchased a TV from Samsung Online in November 2022. Come 24th January I still have no TV. Several calls to Samsung suuport and live chat conversations have been no help at all. The tracker website said it would be delivered on 19th January. I took the day off to be home for the delivery. No show. No call explaiing why. I call Samsung. They said it was still with courier and had been with them for a week. They will escalate the case. I asked for someone to cll me back to let me knof of the status. No one did. Tracking then updates to say it will be delivered on 24th. I check the tracking and it is still at wharehouse. Chatted to Samsung and now say its out of their hands due to being with courier. So how do I know when the TV is coming?
