I have been disappointed with Samsung after having reported "foggy patches" in different areas of the screen when watching a darker scene during a show.

SAMSUNG initially sent out technicians who decided to change the LCD screen, but this did not resolve the issue, in fact, it made it worse.

SAMSUNG contacted me a stated that "the TV is working within its parameters"...See light areas that look like smoke, they are always there in the same position.See light areas that look like smoke, they are always there in the same position.
