Hi Samsung, I have The Frame TV (both 65''and 75'') They are both connected to Sony sound systems (sound bar and home theatre)- via optical cable I have configured the TV Remote (universal) to control the sound system. During the configuration process, the test to determine whether the remote is working is that it shuts down the sound system. I followed the process and managed to configure both. Once that is completed, the remote can control the volume up/down, but it no longer controls the power of the sound system. I wonder why that the remote doesn't turn the sound system on/off since it clearly possible from the setup test, which uses turning the system off to validate the configuration It's a bit annoying to have to use the sound system remote just to turn them on/off.
