WearablesI bought a headset on October 2020 which had a overheating problem when i leave that on charge for couple of hours continiously. All of the sudden it stoped charging and did not turn on and i went to the service centre, however, they are telling me its a liquid damage. My both air buds are stil working and I never did any liquid damage on that and I believe that problem is due to overheating problem. How can I go further for my warranty??

WearablesSorry to hear about this, @KAcharya. Would you be able to provide a model number? Please note that liquid damage is not covered under warranty. See here for our warranty information: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/warranty/
However, if you believe this is a manufacturing fault, or would like to contest the outcome, please email us with your full name, address, contact number and reference number so that we can take a look into this for you.
