Hi there, 👋

I am using a Galaxy Buds 2 Pro with my Galaxy A15 5G, the Buds constantly drop out and then start playing again when playing bluetooth music.

I am using the Samsung Music app, but it happens with any app.

Thanks to anyone that can help 👍

Do you find the drop-out is at home? If so, may be it trying to connect to something else or a msg or call cuts in.

Mine will switch from phone to TV in use at home.

Otherwise, a fault like off balance charging is all we have. Make sure to charge evenly.

It's while commuting.

IC, by any change does it drop out at transportation stop points. If this is the case, Bluetooth infrequency is the issue and will need to adjust in Development mode or by better buds.
Wearables
Just drops out at random times.

Idk much, but try resetting Bluetooth settings to do that: Settings > General Managment > Reset > Reset Bluetooth and wifi settings

Alternatively, try keeping mobile closer to buds or further away from doors.

My phone's either in my hands or pocket while connected to my buds

Have you tried to Clear Cache on Wearable app and reinstall music app.

App Info > Storage > Clear Cashe

Then. Uninstall music app and reinstall. If not possible to uninstall, repeat above.

Hmm, it looks like that worked for the dropouts while the phone screen is on. I'm still facing dropout issues when the phone screen is turned off.

Is Battery saver on or Do not Disturb.

Check permissions, under Special Access.

1. Do not Disturb

2. Apps that can always use data.

Make active for Wearable, Media App, Buds and anything else that should function 24/7 as plug n play or background operation.

Might help.
