Galaxy Buds2 Pro Issue

Just want to share my 2-3 days of youtube/spotify/video calls using the galaxy buds2 pro..

It keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting everytime I'm using it. 
I tried resetting via the app and also the hardware reset but it is still the same.

I also have the issue while walking, it is disconnecting with the notification on my Z Fold 4 that I left it somewhere but it is on my ears the whole time.. geolocation issue?

Of all the truly wireless bluetooth I owned, this is the 1st time I encounter such issue and this is brand new! 

I already filed a service center ticket and I wish I will get a replacement. This is disappointing. By the way, 1st time Samsung user here and I came from Apple ecosystem.

Yes, but I'm using A12, not Z Fold4. I don't have Buds2 Pro.

Yes, I'm from PH.
I pre-ordered mine and I got it 1 week later and on 3 days of buds2 pro usage, i got issues. 😅
