WearablesTry to lower the brightness, a new watch face, and check settings.
There may be apps you don't need on Watch, remove.

WearablesHi Joblin, I've finally got great battery life performance out of my GW6 (non classic) 44 mm LTE that I purchased in Nov 2024.
I can get multi-day usability, including sleep tracking ( I wear my watch during sleep), but I've made the following setting changes and practices to achieve this:
* Turned off adaptive brightness display
* Turned off "Always On Display"
* Have "Do Not disturb" mode (linked to my S23U) set to turn on between 9:30pm and 7am the next day.
* In between charging my GW6 to 100% when I can, I will stick my watch on the charger ( connected to Samsung 45 W fast charger) even for a period as little as 20 mins, this will boost battery storage by atleast 15% .
IMHO, I think that the upgrading of the OS to One UI Watch 6 at the end of Nov 24 also made a positive impact to battery life.
Prior to getting the GW6 ( non classic) 44 mm LTE version I briefly had the GW6 ( non classic) 40 mm BT version only and it frustrated the bejesus out of me as it's battery life being only 300 mAh capacity is pretty well cactus compared to the 425 mAh capacity of the bigger 44mm version.
Yes, it's bigger but still light enough and comfortable to wear for sleep tracker ( compared to my old Apple Watch Series 3 watch which I never wore to bed as the band was uncomfortable and even the Watch had a higher profile compared to the GW6 - and yes I know the Apple Watch Series 3 didn't have sleep tracking capability but you wouldn't want to wear in bed because it was uncomfortable anyway! )
Oh, and I forgot to say I wear 2 watches ( one on both wrists) as I prefer to tell the time and date using my analogue watch hence why my "Always On Display" is turned off. I only use my smartwatch for all things connectivity, payment, fitness and health tracking, I don't need it to tell me the time hence why it's set to not being on "Always on" display. I actually prefer the look of a black screen which complements my black watch body and strap, i.e. discreet and unobtrusive.
Hope this helps. Know the way I use my GW6 won't suit everyone but it certainly works in having a usable battery life.
Good luck 👍
