Had my watch 4 for about 1 month now and it doesn't consistently count my steps.
Have been comparing it to my old S3 frontier and that works perfect still.
Wore both watches for a full day and the watch 4 was 3000 steps behind the S3.
Any suggestions? Should I request a replacement?

Had similar problem when switching from my Fitbit to the galaxy watch. When I went into the Samsung Health setting and compared them to my Fitbit settings they were different. I knew my Fitbit was registering my steps correctly, because I did the nerdie thing and measure my step distance, then counting them out and they matched perfect. So once I changed my Samsung Health app to match my Fitbit setting all was good.

I've also noticed the Watch 4 step count is not working properly. It shows steps when I wake up in the morning! Didn't have this issue on my Galaxy Watch.
