Have you expetienced ordering online and the item delivered was in different color? I waited for almost a month for the item to get delivered.

Reach out to customer support either through email, chat, or phone so that they can fix this issue. I've never heard of incorrect variant deliveries before, only late shipments.

You can email us here and we will direct your concern to the necessary department that will be able to help you. Please attach the proof of your purchase (the preferred color you've ordered must be visible), the incorrect item you've received, and the delivery receipt.
