Making calls from Samsung Pro 5

Hi Samsung Community, 
Just recently my SWatch stopped being able to make calls when I am out walking. 
I get a message saying " not registered on network" when I call regular numbers. 
I always could make calls. 
Advice please and thanks in advance.

Do you still have an active Number Share on your phone plan?

You can make phone call if the watch is linked to your phone. But youll needs phone number sharing plan to be able to make phone calls on your watch, without your phone.

From my personal experience, I was with optus and had a number share plan. Cancelled it, but for some reason I was still able to call using my watch! Then a few months later they must have actually disabled it 😅

On the phone, when you go into the wear app and go into the watch settings, can you confirm there is an active Mobile Plan?

Yeah as icelite wrote, it sounds like an issue with the network provider. If all the settings are active, there isn't much you can do on your end! Good luck

Call your service provider it sounds like it's just not registered on the network but they can check everything from their end and then tell you the steps to take it will probably start with the ubiquitous "turn your watch off and then turn it back on" sometimes this does work 😂

Turing on and off failed , Did that before I started this thread. A pity the popular resolution failed too.
